  1. Totally agree with the fact that MFP’s are not just printing devices, but are part of the IT ecosystem. It is the entry/output point for enterprise paper documents. So security, avaibility, managability, service level are key points for these devices.
    I would add that having the possibility to create a whole clone of devices with some hardware independency (as we create master or virtual machines for PC’s) , would be a great improvement for fleet management and decreasing the cost for that management.
